May 1st to November 30th $350 per night		December 1st to April 30th $450 per night

Christmas / New Years
Dec. 20th to Jan. 5th.
$750 per night

All rates are quoted in US Dollars.
Maximum of 12 persons.
Minimum stay of one week unless special arrangements have been made. Rental deposit is 50% at time of booking. Balance is due 90 days prior to commencement of rental. All rates are subject to change without notice. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Sorry, but no credit cards are accepted. Long term rentals welcome, please inquire.
